Defence and dual-use supply-chain projects: production/innovation capacity, productivity, competitiveness, market expansion, defence certification, start-up/scale-up, R&D, technology adoption and integration into domestic/international defence supply chains.

Eligibility Criteria

Mainly SMEs active in or seeking to enter defence supply chains; eligible NPOs supporting businesses and Indigenous recipients also qualify under applicable streams. Projects must address current/future Canadian Armed Forces, NATO or allied needs. SME contributions are generally repayable; up to 75% of eligible costs in applicable delivery.
