Our Foundation
Values at the Heart of Shared Wealth
Not statements on a wall. Not marketing slogans. The operational foundation of how we make every decision, build every relationship, and grow every business.

Values That Drive Action
Across the world, many organisations claim strong values — but too often there is little evidence that those values are actually lived. Policies contradict them, decisions ignore them, and over time they become little more than branding.
Shared Wealth is different.
Our model is built on a simple but powerful principle: every rule, decision, and activity must be rooted in our values.
How It Works
The Company Rule Book
Within Shared Wealth International, values are formalised through our Company Rule Book — a living system of accountability.
Value-Linked Rules
No rule can be agreed unless it is clearly linked to at least one of our core values.
The Accountability Test
If a rule cannot be linked to a value, one of two things is true:
- A value is missing and needs to be articulated
- The rule falls outside our values and cannot be adopted
The Result
All actions trace back to values
Values are constantly tested & refined
Clear accountability between intention & practice
Our values are operational — not aspirational.
What We Stand For

These are not optional principles — they are the conditions of participation in the Shared Wealth network.

Membership
A Social Licence Built on Values
Every member of the Shared Wealth network signs a Social Licence Agreement. At its core are these shared values.
If a member's actions consistently contradict these values, they cannot remain part of the network.
Trust as an Economic Advantage
Because all members operate from the same values base, a powerful dynamic emerges:
High trust between organisations and individuals
Faster collaboration across countries and cultures
Willingness to share knowledge, resources, and opportunities
Reduced need for complex controls and safeguards
This trust is not accidental — it is designed.
The Advantage
Building a Powerful Social Brand
By embedding values into rules, decisions, and relationships, Shared Wealth creates something rare: a Social Brand with evidence.
It is not a trade-off between doing good and doing well.
It is a better way of doing business — socially and commercially.

Join a Values-Driven Network
Shared Wealth is more than a platform — it is a community of practice. A network of people and organisations who share values, act on those values, and build success together because of them.
