Capital expenditure for approved buildings; for Built Environment, Integrated Construction and Prefabrication Hubs (ICPHs) and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) facilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Companies building ICPHs/DfMA facilities can apply where planning-permission applications were submitted on/after 1 Jan 2026. Approved recipients receive initial 25% allowance plus annual 5% allowances until 100% of qualifying capital expenditure is covered.
