Eligibility Criteria

Open to all industry sectors and company sizes where the company is an eligible R&D entity and conducts eligible R&D activities. Generally an incorporated company; eligible R&D activities must satisfy the legislative criteria. Registration is generally required within 10 months after the end of the income year.
