About This Opportunity

Cloud-based compute for developing, training, refining and operating AI models; supports Canadian SMEs scaling and commercializing AI products/services. Eligible compute costs can range from $100,000 to $5 million.

Eligibility Criteria

Canadian for-profit AI companies/qualifying consortium leads with fewer than 500 FTEs, Canada-based R&D teams, revenue generation and/or at least Series A investor interest, and a commercialization pathway. The most recent application intake closed July 31, 2025; the official program page currently says closed, so this is a program to monitor rather than a currently open intake.
